Your data is processed for tenant referencing and verification purposes. This includes identity checks, employment verification, and credit assessments to assess tenancy suitability.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on your explicit consent provided when submitting your application, and for the performance of the tenancy referencing contract.

5. Data Security

Sensitive information including National Insurance Numbers and salary data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

6. Data Retention

Application data is retained for 12 months after the application decision. Payment records are retained for 6 years in accordance with financial regulations. You may request earlier deletion where permitted by law.
